Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way. Business days are Mon - Fri and excludes Holidays, Vacations, and Closures...please see our website and/or social media outlets for closure updates.
SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days using UPS Ground, USPS, or others. Shipping fees applies to orders shipping to addresses within the forty-eight contiguous states. Please contact me at info@leithpetwerks.com for shipping rates to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship outside of the United States and Canada at this time. Shipping time in transit is from 2 to 8 business days under normal conditions. Times of heavy volume, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances may delay shipments. Ground services are not guaranteed to arrive by a certain date...plan accordingly.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer three flat rate shipping tiers within the continental United States based on the weight of your order if below the $49 FREE shipping threshold.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please see our full written refund policy for further details.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@leithpetwerks.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
